About the Villa<\/h2>

Accommodation<\/h3>

Saarj\u00e4rve Holiday House accommodates up to 28 guests in total.
The main house includes 8 rooms:<\/p>

  1. Ground floor (4 rooms): Renovated in spring 2025, each with a private bathroom (shower + toilet).
    Every room has 2 single beds (can be combined into a double) and an additional sofa bed (150 cm wide).
    Each room sleeps up to 3 guests (friends or colleagues) or up to 4 guests (families).<\/li>
  2. Second floor (4 rooms): Each has 4 single beds, two of which can be joined into a double.
    Rooms can host up to 4 guests each \u2014 altogether 16 guests.
    Bathrooms and showers are located in the corridor (2 shared units).
    Please note:<\/strong> Second-floor rooms are accessed via the outdoor terrace.<\/li><\/ol>

    Facilities<\/h3>

    On the ground floor, there is a large fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a wood-burning fireplace and lake view.
    On the second floor, there is a spacious lounge \u2014 perfect for cozy movie nights or gatherings.
    The lounge includes a built-in sound system, large screen, and projector.
    There is also a small bar area with a self-service fridge offering a selection of drinks.<\/p>

    Music & Entertainment<\/h3>

    Please leave your own sound equipment at home \u2014 the house has a built-in sound system that you can connect to your phone or laptop via Spotify.
    We kindly ask not to bring speakers or sound equipment to the sauna area, as sound carries far across the lake.<\/p>

    Saunas & Hot Tub<\/h3>

    A perfect winter getaway in the forest wouldn\u2019t be complete without a relaxing sauna experience.
    Next to the main house you\u2019ll find our wood-heated oval sauna and glass sauna, with a direct walkway to the lake.
    A heated wooden hot tub is located beside the saunas \u2014 ideal for enjoying the crisp winter air under the stars.<\/p>

    Christmas | Winter | New Year<\/h2>

    Saarj\u00e4rve Holiday House is surrounded by fairytale-like South Estonian forests.
    Even if there\u2019s no snow yet, the evergreen pines and twinkling lights around the property create a truly magical Christmas atmosphere.<\/p>

    Popular nearby ski resorts \u2014 Otep\u00e4\u00e4 Kuutsem\u00e4gi and K\u00fctioru Ski Resort (V\u00f5ru County) \u2014 are both about 40 minutes away.
    For cross-country skiing, you\u2019ll find excellent maintained tracks in Mammaste Sports Centre (15 min drive) or Haanja Sports Centre (40 min drive).<\/p>

    During Christmas and New Year, many restaurants in South Estonia may be closed \u2014 please check opening times before visiting.
