The price includes accommodation in the holiday house:
- On the 2nd floor in the “nests” with two large beds and two single beds (which can also be joined together).
- WC & lake-view shower room.
- Wood-fired sauna, whose bench fits up to 6 people.
- Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and all necessary cookware and tableware.
- Tea and coffee preparation facilities – Lacazza “O Modo Mio” capsule coffee machine.
- Open kitchen-living room area with table and chairs for up to 6 people, sofa, armchair and a wood-fired fireplace.
- Bed linens & towels included.
- WiFi.
- Barbecue facilities & accessories.
Booking conditions:
- Reservation is confirmed by a prepayment of 100% of the total amount.
- After this payment the booking is non-cancellable. We can change dates if you propose a new date no later than 7 days before arrival.
- The special rate is valid for the period 20.10.2025 – 28.04.2026.
Arrival and departure:
- Check-in from 15:00 and check-out by 12:00 on the departure day.
Pets
- Pets are not allowed.
Hot tub (optional extra)
- A wood-heated soaking tub can be ordered for 100 €, and if you want it re-heated the next day add 20 €.
By booking through our website you acknowledge and agree to our booking conditions and they are not subject to dispute afterwards.
Please note that the holiday house with sauna is meant for hosting up to 6 guests only. If our staff discover more guests than this, the booking will be cancelled immediately, the guests must leave and the payment will not be refunded
