Saarjärve Small Holiday House is an ideal destination for those who seek peace and natural beauty without giving up modern comforts. This two-storey house is located away from the city noise and settlements, offering complete privacy and the chance to enjoy untouched nature. At the same time, the house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and carefree holiday.

- Dining table for 6 guests and a comfortable lounge area with sofa
- Charcoal grill (please bring your own charcoal; using firewood in the grill is not allowed)

- In summer, SUP boards and rowboat rental included in the accommodation price.
Special conditions
The Saarjärve small sauna house is intended for groups of up to 6 people only. Larger groups, sauna parties and loud events are not allowed.

Hot Tub with Natural Peat Water
Beautiful blue water in a hot tub or jacuzzi may look attractive in Instagram and social media photos, but in reality it usually means that the water circulates through a filtration system and is not replaced after every use.
At Saarjärve, our hot tub follows a different approach. We change the water after every guest and fill the tub with dark peat-lake water, known for its rejuvenating and naturally purifying properties. While relaxing in our hot tub, you also enjoy the unique benefits of a natural peat-water treatment.
Because replacing the water after each use and preparing the tub requires considerable time and resources, the hot tub is not included in the accommodation price and is offered as an additional service.
You can add the hot tub as an extra service in our online booking system under additional services, or choose the “Sauna House with Hot Tub” rate when making your reservation.
We kindly ask you to inform us of your wish to add the hot tub at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

Check-in and Check-out
Check-in at the holiday house is from 15:00, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure.
Pets are not alowed
If you arrive with a pet despite our policy, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, and the advance payment will not be refunded.
Booking Terms & Conditions
Please make your reservation through our online booking system.
The booking is confirmed upon payment of 100% of the total amount via bank link or debit/credit card.
After payment, the reservation is non-cancellable and non-modifiable.
Quiet Hours and Respect for Others
As the greatest value of our holiday house is the pristine surrounding nature and its rare, exclusive silence, loud music is not permitted on the property. Personal sound amplification equipment (including party box–type speakers) is also not allowed.
We kindly ask that music is not played outdoors. We have neighbours, and sound travels very far across the lake, especially at higher volumes.
The small holiday house is equipped with a Marshall Acton II Bluetooth speaker, which is perfectly suitable for background music.
Fire Safety and Open Fire Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of Saarjärve Holiday House.
Please burn candles only in designated lanterns. Large outdoor candles are not alowed.
Grilling
The grill at the small holiday house is installed on a designated stone base, and we kindly ask that grilling is done only in this area.

We have begun the Green Key certification process, and environmental responsibility as well as the development of sustainable tourism are very important to us.
Our location in the heart of nature, within the Kuulma Lake nature protection area, also requires us to follow high environmental standards.
- We are committed to minimizing waste and maintaining a single-use plastic-free environment at our holiday house.
- Waste is sorted on the property, and we kindly ask you to separate the following waste categories (instructions are available in the house and on the premises):
- Paper and cardboard
- Glass (glass can be separated into deposit-return packaging and other glass bottles, which are placed in separate containers)
- Plastic packaging and cartons
- Plastic and aluminum beverage containers
- Waste separation is mandatory in Estonia.
