Saarjärve Holiday Home offers a शांत and inspiring setting in the beautiful nature of Southern Estonia. From our seminar room, you have a view of the pine forest and bog lake – and from time to time, your attention may be captured by a woodpecker tapping on a tree outside or a fox quietly passing through the yard.
After the training session, you can challenge your team spirit with a forest orienteering game, followed by relaxation in our lakeside sauna and a hot tub filled with naturally dark bog lake water.
1-day seminar package at Saarjärve from 45 € / person*

The 1-day seminar package includes:
- Seminar room rental for 8 hours
- WiFi
- Welcome coffee break with machine coffee, herbal tea, savoury snack and fruit
- Lunch: SOUP + dessert, including homemade bread, rolls, flavoured butter, infused water and coffee/tea
- Lunch: MAIN COURSE + dessert option available for an additional 7 € per person
- Afternoon coffee break with fruit or smoothie + coffee/tea, water
- Seminar room for up to 25 participants (theatre style) for 8 hours
- Projector, screen, flipchart with markers, sound system

Please note that all dishes served at Saarjärve are prepared on-site using fresh ingredients. We do not use frozen vegetables or store-bought cookies.
Additional services
- Dinner from 29 € / person
- Orienteering game with the Loquiz app in Saarjärve forest (1.5h) – 19 € / person
- Sauna and hot tub (3 hours) – 250 €
- Lantern hike (from 25 € / person) in the dark forest or kick-sledding tour starting from Saarjärve (from 36 € / person)
- Transport from Põlva railway station to Saarjärve with a Mercedes-Benz transfer van (up to 5 people at a time) – 25 € / one way
It is also possible to book the seminar package with accommodation and breakfast.

Pricing and booking terms
- All prices include 24% VAT
- Prices are valid Monday–Thursday during 01.09–12.12.2025 and 07.01–30.04.2026
- A 50% deposit confirms the booking; the deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation
- Bookings for public institutions are confirmed with a guarantee letter; in case of cancellation, 50% of the total booking amount will be invoiced
- The package price is based on a minimum of 10 participants. If the number decreases, a new offer will be made (minimum booking fee is 450 €)
